NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST IS OPEN TO UNITED STATES AND CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY.
The Contest is open to all residents of US and Canada only. The Contest is sponsored by SuperBiiz.com, San Jose, CA 95132 ("SuperBiiz.com" or "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet (www.SuperBiiz.com). Each Internet account entrant is limited to one entry per sweepstakes. It is open to all natural persons age 18 and older who are residents of the United States or Canada for the duration of the Contest, and who either have Internet access as of the day before the Contest begins.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, access www.SuperBiiz.com and follow the prompts to submit your entry. Each Internet account entrant is limited to one entry.
In order to be eligible for the drawing, electronic entries must be received by Sponsor's server no later than 11:59 p.m, Tuesday March 2, 2004. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize consisting of one (1) MSI K8T Neo-FSR and one (1) AMD Athlon 64 3200+ OEM version CPU (retail value of approximately USD $399.00), awarded to one contest participant. Only entries received within the above specified timeframes during the Contest Period will be eligible for the drawings. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Also, any shipping/handling fees, insurance, custom fees, and other miscellaneous fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. SuperBiiz will not be responsible for prize(s) that are lost or stolen during shipment.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: One winner will be selected from a random drawing at the end of the Contest Period. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email or airmail at Sponsor's discretion within 10 days of the drawing. Winner will have 15 days from notification to accept the prize by email or by airmail. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
Winners may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, release of liability, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of winner's full name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, publicity, trade, or promotion of Sponsor's company and/or products without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
CONDITIONS: By entering, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to the Contest, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel Contest in whole or in part at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
By participating in the Contest, each participant hereby releases and holds Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
WINNERS LIST: Each winner's name and home city/state will be posted on SuperBiiz.com web site in the Help (Customer Care) section, after the winner has been notified and their eligibility confirmed.
