How does NewBiiz.com return credit work? Is there store credit?
We do not offer store credit on returns. The credit will be applied back to the credit card that was
used for the purchase. We will try to keep all accounts balanced. If the order was originally paid by
check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount in a timely manner.
When will I see the credit on my credit card statement?
It typically takes ten business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days
for it to appear on your account. After NewBiiz.com issues the credit, the rest of the process is in the
hands of the credit card company.
