wow...this was very very cheap for how good it is
if my cpu could talk, it would tell me that it feels like it's living in antartica! |

I got a P4 2.6Cghz with an Asus P4S800D motherboard. I used Arctic Silver 5 and I have overclocked the processor to over 3ghz with only about a 4 degree increase! the temp is about 30 degrees celcius (90 degrees F). 3.5 grams will give you about 15 cpu's worth. this is definately recommened! |
Good Paste Reviewed by Anonymous from Sikeston, MO on 10/18/06

This stuff is excellent. Most of the coolers come with cheap white paste that really doesn't perform that well. This silver compound is much better performance wise.
Application is fairly simple. Apply a small pea sized drop and spread with a clean plastic edge. Ideally you want a nice thin layer of Arctic Silver across the surface of the CPU. Don't apply to the Heatsink as many times the heatsink is larger than the CPU. Works great and lasts for multiple builds. |
