NewBiiz Expands Executive Team with Plans to Drastically Overhaul Website and Reinvent Brand Name

SAN JOSE, Calif. - NewBiiz.com, a leading e-tailer of PC components and software, announced Wednesday that it has drastically expanded its executive management team in an effort to bring a fresh start and a new creative edge to the online retailer. Andy Chao, Jennifer Lin, Allen Fung, and Brian Jang join NewBiiz as Company Vice President, Manager of Marketing Strategy, Manager of Product Marketing & Operations, and Marketing & Sales Account Manager, respectively. In spite of the economic downturn, sales and online traffic for the company has continued to grow steadily.

Chao has nearly two decades of extensive eCommerce and computer hardware industry experience. In 2001, he ventured into eCommerce where he earned millions of dollars of revenue annually. Prior to that, Chao managed the growth of a variety of motherboard manufacturers including MSI, FIC, Abit and DFI, among many others, earning them over $100 million annually. He has had experience in the Telecom industry as well, creating his own Telecom Company in the Silicon Valley in the mid 1980’s.

Lin and Fung have been charged with heading external marketing and online marketing strategies, among many things. Lin’s main initiatives will revolve around improving and expanding company branding as well as increasing NewBiiz’s involvement in the community.

Fung, promoted from his previous post as Manager of Online Marketing, will have the added initiatives of overhauling the company website in a way that will improve customers’ online shopping experience. He will also aim to increase customer satisfaction by increasing dialogue between customers and the company.

Jang brings nearly a decade of experience in the tech industry and will offer added support in external and online marketing.
