NewBiiz Renovates Website in an Effort to Improve Online Shopping

SAN JOSE, Calif. - NewBiiz.com overhauled its site Wednesday, adding new features and improvements in an effort to enhance customers' online shopping experience.

“We’ve really worked day and night to try to improve our site. We’ve added new features, changed the way products are organized, improved the general layout, and just made everything much more clear and user-friendly. Everything is well organized and I think that customers will find navigating through the site much more straightforward,” said Allen Fung, Manager of Product Marketing & Operations.

Some of the most substantial changes on the site include a new live search, a revised About Us section complete with Press Releases, Events and Contact information, a section for Customer service, and a new layout emphasizing promotional deals and products. Search results are automatically organized by product category and visitors are encouraged to sign up for NewBiiz’s bi-weekly Promo Alerts by entering their email addresses into an input box on the NewBiiz homepage.

“Everything has been designed to improve online shopping for our customers. It’s also easier for them to learn more about NewBiiz and who we are. The new site lays down everything at their fingertips,” said Cindy Tsan, Marketing Coordinator.

NewBiiz’s average daily reach has risen 166 percent since mid-March. Page views have increased by 277 percent, also in the past month.

“We’re hoping that the new site will continue our exponential growth. We’re in an exciting new time right now and this site is a perfect demonstration of the changes that are taking place. Our very talented and creative Graphics Department has been working overtime on this new layout, and we are all very excited to unveil it to the public,” said Fung.
