NewBiiz Closes Acquisition of eWiz.com

SAN JOSE, Calif. - eWiz.com has officially been acquired by NewBiiz, an international company with offices in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In an effort to gain a foothold in the booming eCommerce industry as well as access to the US market, NewBiiz has successfully closed the acquisition of eWiz.com.
“Aligning our eCommerce company with Newbiiz’s access to global markets and resources is a definite step in the right direction,” said Andy Chao, Vice President of eWiz.
eWiz.com has expanded its executive team dramatically in the past quarter and has since seen record revenue growth. The online retailer of PC components and software can now be accessed through newbiiz.com but customers will automatically be redirected to eWiz.com, until the new site is ready to launch.
“All these changes ultimately result in better service for our customers. The acquisition will not only allow us to move forward in a positive direction business-wise, it will also give us the market access and resources we need to offer our customers expanded product lines and solutions, faster shipping, and better service in general. We will also be better equipped to serve customers all over the world.,” said Chao.
NewBiiz.com will continue to undergo changes in the following months. The former eWiz.com is a privately held company based in San Jose, Calif. The company will remain at the same address and will retain the same contact information.
“There is obviously going to be a lot of website restructuring in the next couple months. If your invoice continues to have the eWiz logo on it, don’t be alarmed. We definitely receive all orders made through NewBiiz.com and we’re always happy to hear from customers, should they have any questions or concerns at all. Feedback and suggestions are also highly appreciated and welcomed. We’re working around the clock to make this transition as fluid as possible,” said Chao.
