Am I require to have a RMA# in order to return a product to NewBiiz.com? What is your RMA
policy?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and return the merchandise to us within our Return or
Warranty policy period. NewBiiz.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Please note that the
RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of
boxes containing the returned product.

Can I exchange my RMA item for a different item?
No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We only replace an item with the exact same item.

How long does it take to process an RMA?
The timeframe to process RMAs will vary depending on item purchased and type of defect. If a defective item is returned within
the RMA deadline, then usually, refunds/replacements are issued within 10 business days or as soon as the defect is confirmed.
Items that are sent to the manufacturer under warranty usually take 2-4 weeks to process.

How does a refund get credited?
The refund will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. NewBiiz.com does
not offer store credit. If the initial order was paid by check or money order, we will issue a check
for the refund amount.

How long before I see my credit?
It will take us less than 10 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and about 2-3 business
days for it to appear on your statement.

What items need to be returned with an RMA? Do I need to include everything?
For RMA returns for refund, the part must be returned in brand new and unused condition with all original equipment, components, manuals,
cables, documents and packaging included. Missing items will incur further charges or less of a refund. For replace/repair, please return
the whole set. Items returned within the 30 day return period will need to have all accessories included. For motherboard returns after
the 30 day return period, please send the motherboard back without the accessories since the replacement we obtain from the manufacturer
will not include the accessories.

What about restocking fees? How much? When? Why?
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. NewBiiz.com is an online retailer and has no involvement
in repairing an item. We are willing to replace a defective item. If a refund is requested instead of a
replacement, please be aware that we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Any restocking fee we use will be a reflection of the current market value for the same item.

What is the warranty on NewBiiz.com products?
All products, except for CPU, memory, refurbished products, and non-refundable items
are warranted for replacement or refund for 30 days from the invoice date. CPU, memory, and refurbished products
are warranted only for replacement or refund for 14 days from the invoice date. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for refund.
Some items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same item in case of product defect.
These products will have a “not refundable” message on the item detail page.
Due to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells,
shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage
when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been
OPENED or TAMPERED. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for refund.
Refund for CPU is based on current market price, and 15% restocking fee will
be applied after the adjustment.
Please note that any physical damage to any product will VOID the
product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered
physically damaged. NewBiiz.com will not honor warranty if CPU's pins are bent
as well as if casing is either cracked, chipped, burnt or have sustained any
type of physical damage. We highly recommend carefully reading the
manufacturer's instructions before installing your product.
After the 30 days (14 days for CPU and memory) return period, defective parts may be returned to
NewBiiz.com for repair according to the following warranty period:
- Hard-drive: 1 year from invoice date
- Motherboard: 1 year from invoice date
- Memory: 1 year from invoice date
- AMD CPU OEM: 6 months from invoice date
- AMD CPU Retail: 3 months from invoice date
- Intel CPU OEM & Retail: 3 months from invoice date
- Wireless Products: 1 year from invoice date
All defective parts must be received before the warranty expires.
All physically damaged products will VOID the product's warranty
and will be returned.
Please contact the manufacturer directly for repair/replacement if the
product is still covered by manufacturer's warranty after the 1 year
(6 months for AMD OEM CPU, 3 months for Intel CPU and AMD Retail CPU)
warranty period.

Who pays for shipping an item back to NewBiiz.com?
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to NewBiiz.com.

Will NewBiiz.com pay for the shipping charges for the returned defective items?
The customer will be responsible for the cost to ship the defective item back to NewBiiz.com, but NewBiiz.com will
pay for the shipment of the replacement item back to you.

Who is responsible if the returned item is loss or damaged?
Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item. We suggest using a reputable shipping
company with a shipping method that can be tracked.

I received an e-mail that says the serial number of the RMA item returned does not
match the serial number of the item sent from NewBiiz.com. What does this mean?
NewBiiz.com tracks serial numbers on all products shipped from the warehouse. Sometimes we find a customer
has inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to NewBiiz.com. In such a case, the item in question will
be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.

Does NewBiiz.com cross ship on CPU’s?
No. NewBiiz.com absolutely does not cross ship. We will not refund on one order while charging you and
shipping another. We cannot send out two products for the price of one.

I recently purchased a retail boxed CPU, but the fan does not work. How can I get a
replacement? Can I send just the defective item or the whole package?
On a retail box CPU fan, the warranty is actually covered by the manufacturer. We cannot replace the fan,
because it will void your three-year warranty. We can replace the entire Retail CPU package within thirty
days of the invoice date; however, you must return the whole retail CPU package back. For AMD, they will
replace just the fan. AMD 408-749-3060.

After my RMA item was received at your facility, I received an email notifying me
that the item is no longer available or is on backorder. What does this mean?
If an RMA item is found to be on backorder or we cannot obtain a replacement item, you will be notified by
email about a suitable replacement or the process of getting a refund.

What is your policy for preconfigured computer systems?
All pricing, shipping, and configuration information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications
and amounts, including tax and shipping charges, will be communicated following receipt of your online order. NewBiiz.com
will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information. Products
displayed are available to US customers who take delivery in the 50 United States.
The estimated time it takes to process your order and custom build your computer based on approved credit card purchase
is about 7 working
days. This may vary based upon the payment method you choose and other factors. After a shipment is built, tested,
and checked, it is release to the shipping courier you have specified. The duration of the date may vary depending on
your shipping selection. Once the system is released for shipment, we will provide the courier's tracking number (if
this is made available by the courier).
Please note that this Microsoft software product may use technological measures for copy protection. In such event,
you will not be able to use the product if you do not comply with the product activation or reactivation procedures,
which may be completed by Internet or telephone.
All sales of pre-config systems are final and are not refundable. The systems comes with a 30 days part and 1year labor
warranty. Please carefully note, NewBiiz.com will not refund any original shipping charges associated with returned items.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned to NewBiiz.com and is responsible for loss or
damage to the product during shipping.
