The Contest is open to all residents of US and Canada only. The Contest is sponsored by NewBiiz.com, San Jose, CA 95132 ("NewBiiz.com" or "Sponsor") who are 16 years of age or older.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet (www.NewBiiz.com). Each Internet account entrant and/or individual person is limited to 1 submission per sweepstakes; you may enter in a future sweepstakes, which would require a submission of your email (even if it is a duplicate) in a future sweepstakes.

To enter this sweepstakes, NewBiiz requires you to enter a valid email address into the "Sweepstakes" and promotional Newsletter. This Sweepstakes is open to current and/or future subscribers of the NewBiiz promotional Newsletter. Online entries made with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. NO purchase necessary to enter. Registration on NewBiiz.com is not required. The winning online entry will have assumed that the submitting email be by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

It is open to all natural persons age 16 and older who are residents of the United States or Canada for the duration of the Contest, and who either have Internet access as of the day before the Contest begins.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

The Intel i7 CPU Notification Gold Pico Sweepstakes is open to all past, current and/or future subscribers of the SuperBiiz promotional Newsletter who have re-registered within The Intel i7 CPU Notification Gold Pico Sweepstakes. To enter, access www.SuperBiiz.com and complete the form within the sweepstakes period below. The Intel i7 CPU Notification Gold Pico Sweepstakes will run for 6 calendar days and will start at 09:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on November 12th, 2008 and will end at 17:00:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on November 17th, 2008. Each Internet account entry is limited to one (1) submission of an email address per order, per person, per household and is open to all participants 18 years of age or older.

Subscribers of the SuperBiiz Newsletter(s) are informed of specials and current promotional offers which are SuperBiiz sponsored events and activities. Should you have previously opted out of the SuperBiiz Newletter(s), you will be void and/or disqualified by entry. You must opt in to the SuperBiiz Newsletter(s) to qualify. ), awarded to one contest participant. Only entries received within the above-specified time frames during the Contest Period will be eligible for the prize. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Also, any shipping/handling fees, insurance, custom fees, and other miscellaneous fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. NewBiiz will not be responsible for prize(s) that are lost or stolen during shipment.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: One winner will be selected from a random drawing among enteries from unique email addresses at the end of the Sweepstakes. All decisions are final and binding. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the drawing. Winner will have 15 days from notification to accept the prize by acknowledging and/or accepting the prize in order to ship the winning prize to the contestant. NewBiiz reserves the right to announce and/or publish the winners initials, city, and state to acknowledge that a winner has been determined. NewBiiz is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winners may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, release of liability, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of winner's initials, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, publicity, trade, or promotion of Sponsor's company and/or products without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The winner may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. |

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. |

The name of the winner will also be made available on NewBiiz.com's website. The initials of the winner, city and state will be made available on the NewBiiz website. Should the winner not wish to disclose their initials, then a surname and/or alias surname shall be published at the winners request. |

CONDITIONS: By entering, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to the Contest, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel Contest in whole or in part at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest.

Subscribers on the Newsletter are informed of Specials and current promotional offers which are alerted of product updates and specials which are NewBiiz sponsored events and activites. By subscribing to the "Newsletter Subscription" and mailing list, you are acknowledging and agreeing to receive this information.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

By participating in the Contest, each participant hereby releases and holds Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
