The Good: They are cheap and they do produce sound.

The Squirrelly: I bought these speakers specifically for use as an external amplifier for my headphones, but when plugging in the headphones there is a very noticable annoying hum at all volume level settings. I'm not going to use these for any reason other than to test other computers.

Pro Tip: Don't expect much more than an amplified tinny speaker system. You get what you pay for.
